Match pictures by dragging and dropping DHTML layers

Dragging and dropping is a very intuitive technique for matching and comparing visual elements such as pictures or samples. This web page presents a quiz which asks you to match pictures by dragging and dropping. The pictures are implemented as draggable DHTML layers. Copyright 2002 Philip Chalmers

If you view this page in a Javascript-enabled browser you will see a drag and drop quiz which you answer by dragging moveable images on to the matching static images. We created this page using our object-based DHTML toolkit. All we had to do was calculate the initial positions of things on the page and define which pictures matched which - the toolkit did the rest.
